A plein air painting completed for the "Into Nature - 2025" exhibition at White Bear Center for the Arts. Matoska Park is a community park with beach, boat launch, and a connecting bridge to Manitou Island on White Bear Lake. Here, the band shell, which is a central feature of the park, is made a subordinate subject to a massive tree growing along the lake's shoreline pathway.
