A multi-layered abstract painting with a feeling of atmosphere and movement. The layers feature a transparency that allows a sense of flow around and behind the shapes. I get a sense of looking up from a grounded vantage point, but there is also a simultaneous aerial viewpoint that looks down onto the ground from above. The notch is repeated into a diminishing progression of rising green rectangles as if launched from the frame bottom.
