Table Rock State Park
Table Rock State Park
acrylic on canvas
34" x 48"

This rock wall holds a special significance for me as a memory of one of the last places I explored with my dad. I returned a couple years after his passing to paint this scene. It was full-on summer and close to one of the inlets of Table Rock Lake, where there were millions of mosquitos. Could be that is what made me very focused, quick and spontaneous on this canvas.
